本日行われました秋季リーグ第７戦・国士舘大戦の試合結果です。

早稲田大学　２５（１２－１２、１３－６）１８　国士舘大学

９/２９（土）１５：５０　国士舘大学多摩キャンパス

【戦評】

先制したのは早稲田。伊舎堂博武副将（社学４年、沖縄・興南高）がいとも簡単に中央を突破し、幸先の良いスタートを切る。互いに慎重な立ち上がりとなり、一進一退の攻防が続く。なかなか両者ともに連続得点を奪えず、２点のリードを奪うことができない。前半１０分にようやく早稲田が山﨑純平主将（社学４年、岩手・不来方高）の相手を引きずりながらのシュートなどで２点のリードを奪ったものの、国士舘大も引かずにすぐに同点とされる。粘り強いディフェンス、両ＧＫのセーブなどで拮抗した展開が続いた。２４分から早稲田が３連続得点を決め一歩抜け出したかにも思えたが、それでも簡単に逆転を許す。しかし、前半終了１０秒前に三輪颯馬副将（スポ科４年、愛知高）が相手を退場にさせる力強いシュートを決め、いい雰囲気で前半を終えた。

ベンチ・応援席の雰囲気も今季一だった

互いに譲らぬ展開、抜け出したのは早稲田だった。前半は１得点に終わっていた小畠夕輝（スポ科４年、岡山・総社高）の強打が後半になって炸裂。応援席の選手たちも思わず頭を抱えてしまうような強烈なシュートがゴールネットに突き刺さる。オフェンスで生まれたリズムはディフェンスにも好影響を及ぼした。ディフェンスで途中出場した福田友貴（スポ科１年、神奈川・法政二高）を含め、全員が連動して付け入る隙を与えない。気付いてみれば後半を今季最少の６失点で終える、ほぼ完璧なディフェンスだった。もちろん攻撃の手を最後まで緩めることはなく、宮國義志（社学３年、沖縄・浦添高）、小畠、山﨑とシュートが次々と決まり、ベンチ・応援席のボルテージは最高潮に。終了間際には、初めてベンチ入りした村井達也（スポ科１年、富山・高岡向陵高）が出場。最後に放ったシュートは枠を外れたが、記念すべきリーグデビュー戦となった。『早稲田らしさ』で３連勝を果たした早稲田が、勢いに乗ってリーグ最終週に臨む。

今日の勝利の要因となったディフェンス陣

９月３０日（日）に予定されていた中央大学戦は、台風２４号の影響により中止になりました。延期日程は発表され次第お知らせいたします。
